Wayman Recruitment Group is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for an excellent school in Southeast England, starting in April.

In this role, you will have the responsibility of delivering high-quality education to Year 3 students, supporting their academic and personal development.

You will become part of a friendly and dynamic team of educators devoted to establishing a stimulating and caring learning environment.


Year 3 Teacher Role:

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse requirements of Year 3 students
  • Use effective teaching strategies to inspire and involve students
  • Assess student progress, offer regular feedback, and set improvement goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere promoting respect and positive relationships
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities as necessary

Year 3 Teacher Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Year 3 students in a primary school environment
  • Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to adapt instruction to meet individual learner needs
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational trends
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a team setting
