The Role
Approaching members of the public to complete surveys and questionnaires. The first project you will be assigned on is in association with the Department of Transport.

You will approach members of the public at different locations in Liverpool to complete questionnaires about their experience of travel in the area.


Project Examples:
Passenger Satisfaction Surveys, Visitor Attraction Surveys, Retail Exit Surveys, Local Authority Research, Consumer Goods Research, Product Testing Recruitment

Locations
We will require you to travel to different locations across Liverpool. You will primarily work at major railway service stations & on-board trains. Railway stations include Lime Street, James Street, South Parkway. Travel expenses are covered as mentioned below.


Further details will be explained by the regional manager who will give further details once you're free to be scheduled shifts.


Shift Patterns & Pay
Pay is based on shift by shift fees - e.g. £42.50 for a 3 hour shift.

As such hourly rate average from £13.50-£15.50 per hour (including holiday pay) with public transport, mileage (35p per mile) and parking expenses covered.

Shift fees increase for weekend and evening shifts. Shifts typically run 3-6 hours long and may run in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Pay is a month in arrears on the 28th of each month.

When do I start working?
After completing a Training Session, you may be asked to start immediately.

If you have no market experience, you will be accompanied on your first shift with someone experienced to provide support and help familiarise you with the practical aspects of the role.
