Job Introduction

We are looking for a Reservation and Switchboard Specialist to join our Rapport team, based at our client's stunning new state of the art office in Canary Wharf.

The client is a renowned financial institution, providing you with a great opportunity to deliver excellent customer service in a highly efficient, professional, and friendly team of 17 ambassadors.


_This role is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, covering shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM as per the client's needs._

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a main point of contact for key stake holders in the business and building strong relationships
  • Making sure both external and internal calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Managing external meeting room & car parking bookings
  • Carrying out administrative duties of systems used on site
  • Managing helpdesk system and ensuring tickets are closed in a timely manner and escalated when appropriate
  • Providing accurate reports to client and management
