Connect is a Middlesbrough Council service which delivers Community alarm services and Telecare services to people across Middlesbrough.


We offer help and support to older, vulnerable, and disabled people to help them to remain safe and independent in their own home.


The purpose of this post is to provide a high standard of service when answering the calls on the community alarm system.


The customer advisor will assess the client's needs, offer support, guidance, and advice, and then decide on the most appropriate action to be taken to assist the client.
