Job Title: Publicity Assistant

Job Description

  • Supporting the award-winning Publicity Department in promoting bestselling authors like Rebecca Yarros, Julia Quinn, Colleen Hoover, and more.
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting with publicity campaigns, author engagements, and media interactions.
  • Contributing to acquisitions proposals, designing catalogs, and creating publicity materials.
  • Opportunities to lead individual campaigns and gain hands-on experience in the press office.

Preferred Skills

  • Self-motivated individual with a keen interest in publishing and the impact of publicity.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and eager to participate in author events and activities.
  • Excellent communication and social media skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about commercial fiction and non-fiction, media, and effective communication.
