Working Monday to Friday 37.5hours per week

(Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-14:00)

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Reconcile purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise customer remittance advice and maintain uptodate customer accounts within Xero.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Special requirements

  • Selfdriven and reliable with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when entering data is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay:
From £23,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
