Job Purpose


We are seeking a highly experienced individual who has extensive knowledge in customer service and can provide our 6-Star service delivery whilst maintaining a subtle, yet visible security presence.


The role of our guest ambassador is to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all associates in the client's business, which includes visitors, occupiers and internal associates.


This fantastic opportunity operates on a full-time contract working a 4 on 4 off - 19:00hrs to 07:00hrs shift pattern, patrolling the estate and buildings and assisting in departmental break cover.

You will have 20 days of holiday per annum exclusive of bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5star guest experience at all times
  • Provide a professional first impression and deliver beyond client/visitor expectations
  • Provide and maintain a consistently superior level of customer service at all times
  • Ensure all visitors experience the full customer journey
  • Anticipate and action client requirements in a professional manner
  • Addressing and dealing with complaints
  • Administration duties as and when required
  • May need to cover the front desk if required
  • Provide a consistently professional service at all times
  • Issue visitor passes using the agreed sign in and out policies and procedures
  • Communicate where required visitor or client arrivals with a high level of discretion
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner when required
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur
  • Handle mail and courier enquiries with discretion and sensitivity
  • Ability and foresight to create a safe environment for all guests and visitors
  • Maintain a highsecurity awareness at all times
  • Maintain the integrity of the building

  • Complete a full detailed handover and the end of each shift

Person Specification

  • Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, selfmotivated team player
  • Holds a true passion for high standards of customer service delivery
  • Ability to provide a 6star guest experience
  • Previous experience in security, concierge or a customer servicefacing role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Intuitive customerrelated logic
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required
  • Look for opportunities to enhance client/visitor experience
  • Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
  • Confidence and common sense to access and utilize expert resources when making decisions
  • Experience and confidence in completing Incident Reports
  • Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
  • Have an acute sense of security awareness
  • Valid SIA licence preferred but not essential
  • 5 years of continuous work employment history without gaps and verifiable work history
