The Position

The Position

As Sales Coordinator you will also:

  • Assist in coordinating the necessary details for all sales trips. Coordinate and set-up sales appointments for the team and where needed for any Rocco Forte Sales Manager, Sales Director or General Manager visiting the USA and assist with travel plans as needed. They will coordinate necessary catering arrangements for sales calls when requested, and update sales trip agendas.
  • Assist with trade marketing initiatives and assist in the planning of the annual roadshow, events at trade shows and attend as required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service when handling client requests: Reservation inquiries, VIP requests, waitlist clearance, questions regarding RFH portfolio etc. Work directly with the hotels to service these requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong back office and organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach ability to anticipate needs of colleagues.
  • Teamwork oriented ready to pitch in to help all team members across all business segments.
  • Excellent follow up skills to track and manage all inquiries received
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite); Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, PDF).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools, especially Opera or Opera Cloud a plus.
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry a plus.
