FM Conway is currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our industry leading Term Maintenance division to manage the City of London and Westminster, two of our most prestigious and high profile contracts in London.

As our Contract Manager you will manage the programming of our developers projects which includes the likes of The Whiteley Development and The National Portrait Gallery.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Central London.
The Duties Of The Contract Manager Role Will Include
Supporting our clients from the pre- planning and pre-programming of works through to completion
Writing health and safety plans, method statements and risk assessments, ensuring that all sites have the appropriate documentation
Ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with key stakeholders, supervisors, and sub-contractors
Monitoring works and performance against the contract to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlement
Building effective and professional working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Managing a team of supervisors and support staff, ensuring the continuous development of skills by undertaking training needs analysis
We are looking for a proactive Contract Manager who has experience in JCT, NEC or ICE contracts. You will have solid experience in programming and MS project. Experience of working on Term Maintenance, highways and high spec paving projects is highly desirable.

You will hold a construction related degree or an NVQ level 4/5 and HNC/HND or equivalent as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
