Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) Position

Company: Well-established Estate Agency

Salary Package: £24k + OTE + additional company benefits

Location: Crowborough

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am (alternatively Sat 8.30am - 4.30pm with a day off in lieu)

Critical Requirement: Must possess a full UK driving license and access to personal transportation to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers at the branch.
  • Schedule property viewings and valuations.
  • Conduct property viewings and guide potential buyers through available listings.
  • Maintain accurate client information on the CRM system.
  • Register clients and ensure client files are kept updated with precision.
  • Respond promptly to incoming correspondence and emails.
  • Work towards achieving set sales targets for the branch.
  • Offer additional services such as mortgage and conveyancing through cross-selling.
  • Address client inquiries effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with a natural affinity for interacting with people.
  • Full UK driving license and reliable transportation.
  • Background in property sales preferred, or a genuine ambition to excel as a successful estate agent.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and a personable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in IT tools including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with the local area would be advantageous.
