Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Salary: £24k + OTE + company benefits

Location: Crowborough

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 17.30am (alternative Sat 8.30am - 4.30pm with a day off in lieu)

MUST have full UK driving licence and own transport to apply

Are you passionate about the property industry and have great customer service/sales and admin experience and want an opportunity to join a proactive, friendly estate agent that offer great training, and the opportunity to become a successful estate agent? If so then look no further

You will ideally have worked within an estate agency or have a passion to get into the property industry and have great customer service/sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming calls and customers coming into the branch.
  • Booking in viewings and valuations.
  • Conducting viewings and show potential buyers around properties.
  • Updating client details on the CRM system.
  • Registering clients and updating client files accurately.
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence and emails in a timely manner.
  • Working towards branch sales targets.
  • Cross selling additional services, mortgage/conveyancing.
  • Dealing with client queries.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication skills, a real "people person".
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Ideally a background in property sales, or a genuine passion to become a successful estate agent.
  • Confident, self-motivated and personable.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using in house CRM systems.
  • Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
