Compliance Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Working from beautiful offices in Ashford, our client is an international organisation with an enviable business reputation and a friendly, dynamic, and high performing team

As a key member of the Head Office team, this is an office-based role, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete everyday administrative tasks relating to the Quality Department
  • Answer telephone calls on behalf of the department
  • Provide statistical information and reports to management when requested
  • Participate in projects relating to the department
  • Ensure adherence to data protection policy & procedure
  • Support the CEO with Member requirements, monitoring Member satisfaction and developing/maintaining a Memberfocused culture within the organisation
  • Act as quality representative
  • Continue working towards success in ISO9001 & ISO17024 certification
  • Ensure set objectives are achieved
  • Monitor and drive completion of quality and related actions
  • Involvement in quality non conformities resolution
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of tasks and projects
  • Prepare data for Quality Management reviews and follow up of improvement actions.

  • Ability to communicate and develop professional relationships at all levels within and outside the association
  • Be organised, articulate and have a high level of literacy and numeracy
  • Enjoy learning and development

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Good communication skills.
  • A knowledge of statistics with good numeracy.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office software.

Desired

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
Upon successful completion of a three-month probationary period the successful applicant shall receive:20 days holiday entitlement per annum (pro-rata), including public holidays with annual loyalty increments up to an additional five days

This is an office based, full-time position. The core working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
