Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Receive, check, and record goods received into the warehouse.
  • Store goods in the correct location and ensure they are easily accessible.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct items are dispatched to the correct location.
  • Operate machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure that inventory is regularly counted.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other machinery is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

Job Types:
