Machine Operative

Our client based in Alton are looking to recruit a Bagging Machine Operator to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

This position involves operating specialised machinery on a daily basis ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.

Please note this is an extremely physical role and will involve heavy lifting
The company is based in Alton Hampshire so your own transport is vital.

Salary & Benefits:
* £12.00 per hour

  • Monday-Friday 6am-3pm - x2 30-minute unpaid breaks
  • Weekly pay
  • Temp-perm after 12 weeks
  • 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Free parking

Duties:

  • Operating specialised production machinery on a daily basis ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur
  • Some heavy lifting may be required
  • Working independently ensuring client orders achieved to a high quality standard
Ideal Candidate

  • Machine Operator experience desirable
  • Pro-active and flexible
  • Happy working early morning shift 6am-3pm
