Currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer who has previously worked in the Healthcare sector in a similar role.

  • A leading Private Healthcare organisation
  • Complaints Officer
  • Part-time hours - 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, 20 hours per week
  • Temporary role - duration TBC
  • £15 per hour inclusive of holiday pay - submit weekly timesheets
  • On-site role in Central North London
  • Right to work, DBS & references required

Job Description

Currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer who has previously worked in the Healthcare sector in a similar role.

  • Respond to queries via email and telephone
  • Draft correspondence relating to complaints
  • Support the Team Leader with more complex cases
  • Provide an excellent customer service whilst representing the organisation

The Successful Applicant

Complaints Officer - Private Healthcare:

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to respond to queries in a empathetic and professional manner
  • Previously worked in a complaints capacity in healthcare, due to the nature of the role
  • Must be able to work on-site, 4 days per week, 5 hours per day
