Event Support Team specialises in managing a wide range of services for major sporting events, concerts, festivals, firework shows, and more.

From start to finish, we handle all aspects of event planning and execution, including staffing and resource allocation. Our company is particularly skilled in providing off-site car parking and traffic management for our clients.

We have a state-of-the-art automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system that allows us to efficiently book cars into our car parks using online tickets, eliminating the need for manual registration and reducing traffic congestion.

Our team has extensive experience working with some of the world's biggest events, including the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, Premiership Football and Rugby, Championship Football, music festivals, and concerts.


The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and guide vehicles to ensure safe and efficient flow of traffic in the car park
  • Assist customers with directions and parking queries
  • Monitor and enforce car park rules and regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents as required
  • Maintain accurate records of car park usage and revenue
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence (preferred, but not required)
  • Available to work on specific dates given (9th and 10th June)

  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required
