Services Delivery Project Manager

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Purpose

Working as a member of our Dulux Paints business, you will take responsibility for the set-up, testing and delivery for a series of pilots for a new service proposition. This will involve overseeing a cross functional delivery team as well as identifying and making recommendations for improvements to enhance business efficiency and the customer experience. You will also develop the implementation plan to move from pilot to potential launch.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop, prepare & deliver the test-market pilots.

• Oversee the testing of end-to-end processes of job planning & service delivery.

• Nurture strong working relationships with external partners.

• Ensure the delivery of the Dulux experience to consumers

• Identify gaps & improvements within the processes & implement your recommendations ahead of subsequent pilot & launch phases.

Job Requirements

• Graduate calibre.

• Extensive experience in B2B and B2C service providers.

• Experience of working within a matrix organisation structure.

• Proficient at managing cross functional project teams.
