Facilities Team Member

We are currently working with a
national Student Accommodation provider looking to appoint a Facilities Team Member to support with the upkeep of their Facilities in
Birmingham.


Core responsibilities of the
Facilities Team Member include:

  • Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
  • Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
  • Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
  • Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
Ideal Facilities Team Leaders will have previous relevant experience in

general

building maintenance and be passionate about delivering quality

customer service.

Full Driving Licence is required for this role.

Full Time hours, 5 days out of 7, between 8am and 8pm. Weekend work will be required on a rota basis. On call rota 1 week in 6.

For this the client is looking to pay a salary up to

£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
