Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5 and nearly 1000 reviews has an exciting Locum opportunity available for experienced Social Workers to join a well-established Children's service based in Barnstaple.The candidates will be required in the office 5 days a week (duty week) and 3 days a week (non duty week), this is in order to support seeing children in a timely manner, working directly with families and also attend to any emergencies or s47 on your cases.

Team/Specialism: Assessment.Our Assessment team is responsible for carrying out Child and Family Assessments and, when necessary, section 47 Child Protection enquiries to decide whether a child is in need of support from our Children and Families teams, requires protection or should be taken into care.

Pay Rates: £44 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Hours: Full-time
