The Role
In our busy industrial sales office you will be carrying out the following tasks:

  • Assisting in taking customer enquiries from receipt, through to order.
  • Researching the most appropriate technical solutions to customer problems.
  • Liaising with our manufacturers over pricing, lead times deliveries, technical issues.
  • Liaising with our sales and warehouse staff.
  • Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels.
  • Dealing with internal enquiries from other team members.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and first class customer service.
  • Using and maintaining our SAGE CRM system.
  • General office duties as required.

  • Excellent attention to detail

The Apprenticeship and College Work


You may have to attend college on a day release or alternatively there will be an online provision with periodic visits from college staff at our premises.

A certain amount of office time is set aside per week to help with your studies.


In addition to your college work, you will receive technical training on products, and various applicable skills and technical certification and standards.

This will be provided in house or by accredited third parties where appropriate.
