Purpose of the job

Our client is a leading importer and distributor of vegetables, with distribution units throughout the UK.

They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their small and friendly team.

This is a temporary position but with the possibility of a permanent contract

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Answering the phone, and talking with customers to finalise order details.
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Skills and experience required:
  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 year's administration experience.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, growing business and be part of a friendly and established team.
