As the Creative Producer for Karen Millen you will be responsible for the planning and production of all our creative shoots.

You will see these through from inception to execution, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget.

Working closely with the marketing, social and creative teams you will take the concepts and make them a reality.

What you'll be doing

  • Based in our Soho office reporting into our Head of Creative you will be responsible for all Karen Millens creative production from big campaigns, content shoots, adhoc still life shoots or a quick street style shoot with an influencer
  • 360 approach from ideation to style, shoot, retouch, live
  • Manging the creative shoot timeline and driving efficiencies
  • Casting and model scouting
  • Budget management
  • Attend key planning meeting with marketing stakeholders
  • Attend ideation meetings with the creative team
  • Location scouting and tech recces
  • Prop sourcing
  • Sourcing new shoot talent
  • Booking kit
  • Organising catering, travel and general shoot logistics
  • Producing shoot schedules, call sheets and subsequently running the shoot days
  • Support creative teams with archives shoots, image reviews, location libraries etc
  • Attend all of your shoots showing an upbeat and supporting presence on set delivering a real passion for creating

  • Good working knowledge of the outlook office suite
  • Experience in photography and video production and experience in a related field
  • A real team player
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Show enthusiasm and create a good atmosphere while running shoot days, understanding the balance of achieving deliverables and the creative vision.
  • Be able to show confidence and professionalism whilst working under time pressures
  • Someone who always strives to drive efficiencies
  • Keen interest in photography, film and womenswear.
  • Strong communication, high visual standards
