Expedia Group's Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands.

Within this organization, the Production team is responsible for all film, digital, print, photo, and event production across Expedia brands.

Today much of our work sits with agency partners, however, going forward it will be a mix of external and internal resources.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Creative Producer. An enthusiastic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization.

In this role, you will play a critical role in driving creative production excellence and mentoring a team of producers.

You are an inspiring individual, with a focus on inclusivity, and organization.

The role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process, while implementing cross-functional solutions across all creative assets.

Someone who thinks one step ahead, but who is also able to adjust to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll do:

  • Flawlessly assist or manage any project from endtoend (from initiation, definition, through to delivery)
  • Help to define project scope, estimate and writing scopes of works and technical specifications whilst working closely with the project team in the creation of projects specifications and timelines
  • Develop relationships with all team members and agencies across your POD
  • Show a high degree of independence and autonomy in decisionmaking
  • Be a reference point for expert creative production and project management advice and ensure the highest standards are maintained
  • Cultivate great ideas and find the best delivery approach to support creative, while ensuring commercial success
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget
  • Help to drive the agency's creative agenda, contributing innovative production ideas that help make our work effective and famous
  • Ownership of project, proactively and appropriately handling project scope and resources within budget
  • Management of agencies from a production perspective
  • Proactively seek out project risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place
  • Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Manage the creative resource needs behind a project, working closely with the resource manager
  • Direct traffic of all assets upon completion and manage usage tracker for all brand assets

Who you are:

  • 8+ years Creative Production or integrated project management experience
  • Solid understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies
  • Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills
  • Constantly able to demonstrate that you are on top of your projects. Brilliant communicator, pathfinder, and problem solver
  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
  • Thrives on identification of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale and actively simplifies complexity
  • Have a drive for attention to detail, high level of craft and excellent creative taste
