Main duties of the job
Greeting & Directing patients and othervisitors within the surgery
Checking in patients using electronic system
Making appointments
Ensure that patients without anappointment but need urgent consultations are seen in accordance with thepractice policy.
Accepting and handling specimens
Dealing with requests for home visits
Registering new patients, temporary patients,emergency patients and those requiring immediate treatment
Keeping the room availability book upto date
Telephone Duties
