Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for the site managers.
  • Ensure the site managers are fully equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
  • Ensure site managers are aware of all company processes & guidelines.
  • Allocate tasks/works to individual site managers depending on working areas.
  • Manage the attendance diary and performance tracker for the site management team.
  • Ensure site manager reports are consistently uploaded for progress / H&S / signoffs.
  • Keep a detailed spreadsheet of the correspondence with the site managers.
  • Record accurate management information to aid the submission process.
  • Report significant issues to ensure efficient planning.
  • Provide daily motivation for site managers.
  • Create strong professional relationships to maximise results.
  • Close out all daily tasks.

  • Previous experience in a fastpaced administrative / coordination role.
