Our client is looking to recruit an additional
Insurance Claims Administrator to join their small friendly insurance team based in Lincoln.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish close working relationships, with clients and Insurers
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and be able to replicate as required
  • Assist with customer queries in relation to both new and existing policies
Assist with customer claims

Key Skills

  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with customers.
  • Responsible attitude towards the handling of information
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to handle situations and problems under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills
35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm

Salary dependent upon Experience

INDMAY
