Our client is looking to recruit an additional
Insurance Claims Administrator to join their small friendly insurance team based in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish close working relationships, with clients and Insurers
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and be able to replicate as required
- Assist with customer queries in relation to both new and existing policies
Key Skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with customers.
- Responsible attitude towards the handling of information
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to handle situations and problems under pressure
- Excellent IT skills
Salary dependent upon Experience
