Job purpose
To provide an administrative support function to the Projects team, which is vital for the smooth-running of the business.

Main duties

  • To abide by and promote health and safety, ensuring all approved policies and processes are followed.
  • To manage the surveying process, which includes uploading surveyor reports, ensuring the constant movement of jobs throughout the surveying process, booking site visits, updating surveyor calendars and producing a weekly status report.
  • Obtaining quotes, booking electricians/SUMO surveys/PAT testing, uploading reports and maintaining records.
  • Booking surveyor hotel accommodation.
  • Creating and receipting purchase orders.
  • Reconcile credit card receipts to monthly statements.
  • Complete administration preparation prior to the completion of each job, including but not limited to uploading documents, raising asset tags, adding equipment where necessary.
  • Updating a variety of financial and information spreadsheets.
  • Registering asset tags for major customers.
  • Closing jobs on a variety of portals.
  • Creating Construction Phase Plans and obtaining approval to attend site. Managing the process within our project management CRM system.
  • Collating H&S file documents, completing a H&S statement and uploading into customer portals.
  • Recording and assisting with the warranty process.
  • To carry out any other duties as required
