Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa have a vacancy for a full-time Bartender.

We are looking for a new team member who has had previous experience of bar service, with a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills and who is happy to assist with serving afternoon teas, room service and serving in our Lounge.

Previous experience of bartending is essential and ideally of beer line cleaning. This is a permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours a week over 5 days out of 7. (No live-in accommodation ).

Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa is a 43-bedroom hotel situated in the most beautiful part of the Lake District. It is recognised for the warmth of welcome, unrivalled personal attention and the excellent service the team provide.


Applicants must have a professional and approachable manner and have the ability to establish rapport whilst delivering high standards of service in a busy environment at a 2 Rosette level.

You will need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adhere to all food safety and licencing laws and follow instructions accurately, have the flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends as required and stand for extended periods of time.
