Expro Group is currently seeking an Administrator - Well Test to join the Well Testing & Commissioning team in Aberdeen.
Overall Purpose of the Role
To efficiently and safely manage office tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration for training and operations
- Handle asset maintenance administration including system updates
- Track fluids business and sample bottle rentals, invoicing, and billing
- Communicate with team members and internal/external departments to address questions and concerns promptly. Keep the manager informed of any documentation issues
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the department
- Create, track, and follow up on equipment and spare parts purchase orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in a similar role within a related environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
