With 4,300 dwellings and 157 dedicated team members, bdht brings evident value to the community through its customer charter, dedicated strategic objectives, and focus on its core vision of 'building vibrant communities together'.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a pivotal and broad-ranging leadership role which will enable us to achieve our strategic priorities and growth. You will provide inspired leadership encompassing Finance and Accountancy, Governance, ICT and Digitalisation, and be a crucial Company Secretary for the organisation; ensuring bdht can deliver high quality, professional services. It's an exciting time to join us and an opportunity to have a huge impact, helping us to build on our recent successes.

As a qualified accountant with a commercial approach, you'll bring to us considerable energy and drive along with a track record of improving performance in a regulated environment. An experienced strategic leader, you'll be engaging, accountable and collaborative, will help us successfully deliver organisational strategic objectives, as well as contribute to the positive and empowering culture of the organisation. Strong in managing customer facing teams, you will ensure we meet all of our legal and regulatory requirements and continue to be an impressive, financially viable and well governed organisation.
