- Experience of working with Sage.
Main Duties:
- Provide support to Purchase ledger, managing purchase invoices and supplier statements
- Provide support to the Sales ledger, invoice creation and processing
- Supporting credit control and liaising with customer accounts departments
- General office administration
- Liaising with the wider Operations Management team (UK, Jersey & France)
- Assist in the development of the financial reporting and systems in an actively growing company, with a centralised administration function for global operations.
Other:
- Part Time (24 hrs per week)
- Salary dependent on experience with benefits package
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
