Main Duties:

  • Provide support to Purchase ledger, managing purchase invoices and supplier statements
  • Provide support to the Sales ledger, invoice creation and processing
  • Supporting credit control and liaising with customer accounts departments
  • General office administration
  • Liaising with the wider Operations Management team (UK, Jersey & France)
  • Assist in the development of the financial reporting and systems in an actively growing company, with a centralised administration function for global operations.

Other:

  • Part Time (24 hrs per week)
  • Salary dependent on experience with benefits package
