We have an outstanding opportunity within one of our leading clients who are recruiting for a Head of Sales role within Interiors.
Our client is globally recognized as a market leader within fashion and interiors. They have a long history and strong reputation with innovation and design.We are looking for a senior commercial manager, who have success and experience within driving sales and outreach.
If you come from an apparel background and have experience within
wholesale, Operation Retail or FMCGand have a background and are a strong communicator who has previous experience with suppliers, brands and establishing long term relationships then please send us your CV for consideration.
You will be travelling within this role, to meet with agents and clients. You will need a driving license and be available to travel Internationally.
This role is fully office based due to it being a managerial position and leading a team.
You will cover the following responsibilities within this role:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting and driving both inside and external sales teams to deliver our monthly, quarterly, and yearly commercial goals
- Oversee both new business and account management functions
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to improve service, increase sales and reduce costs in collaboration with the Head of Sales and alignment to the wider commercial strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with our product and marketing teams
- Managing forecasts for product demand
- Prepare and present data for monthly reports, annual goals, sales budget, forecasts, and other reports as required
- Building and coaching an exceptional sales team that is engaged, inclusive and high performing
- Can give and receive constructive feedback
- Ensure that the team works harmoniously by effective leadership and direction in line with company culture and vision

- Experience with key suppliers and brand
- International experience
Experience growing product and brand equity:
- Strong commercial acumen
- Project management experience
- Business improvement experience
Experience of CRM and ERP platforms:
- **Comfortable dealing with technology, data and analytics
