Regulatory Reporting Operations d epartment are accountable for ensuring that the Bank fulfils its r egulatory obligations in a timely, accurate and complete manner.

Covering all regulatory Transactional and Non-Transactional Reporting with the required oversight and transparency of the end-to-end controls.


This role ensures that the Bank successfully reports to multiple regulatory authorities and that the function is protecting the integrity and reputation of the bank, ensuring high regulatory reporting adherence and performance whilst influencing and collaborating across the business divisions and global functions to drive the right outcomes.


This role focuses upon the Operational Control Governance that governs how the Bank enable processes, demonstrates control with the appropriate transparent oversight.

**Your key responsibilities

  • You will be r esponsib le to execute regular assessments and scoring of the Control Framework.
  • Pr ovide principles for regulatory reporting controls standards, ensuring that processes and controls are embedded across the globe.
  • D evelop key relationships to share best practice, standardi s e regulatory reporting controls, support the design & build of consistent processes.
  • D eliver control and governance enhancements, including production of both regular and ad hoc Management Information (MI)
  • Track and review evolving control framework status for existing and new jurisdictions.
  • Provide q uality as surance across the function and look for opportunities to develop best practices and continuous improvements.

Your skills and experience**- Strong communication skills, experience engaging with all functions, both written and verbal

  • R epresent complex information or evidence in a manner which is appropriate for differing audiences.
  • Come from a control orientated background, have an analytical mindset with a good approach to problem solving and comfortable with Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies/deficiencies and design solutions to mitigate these.
  • Strong awareness of supporting control gaps across an operational environment
  • Experienced in coaching both team members and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
