Responsibilities:

Central Support Role: Provide essential administrative support to the internal operations of the business.

System and Process Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining internal systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Communication: Interface with managers across various departments, acting as a central point of contact and facilitating smooth communication within the organization.

Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels and flights for staff members.

Meeting Organization: Assist in organizing company meetings, ensuring logistics are well-coordinated and executed seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good level of IT literacy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Location:
The role is based in Avonmouth.
