We are a specialist service based in the south west. We take pride in supported living and care support at home. We provide community support with a different approach to care. We offer empathic services that derive from PBS rooted principles. We have a in house therapeutic team that can offer behavioural analysis and implementation services. We also can support people who have high risk complex needs who require a different method of achieving their goals.

Our services work on goals and areas of client interests that motivate them. Using principles of ABA, we use motivators as distractions and reward-based PBS approaches to minimise undesirable behaviour and increase more desirable outcomes. With this we help our clients achieve to the best of their potential as well as outcome focused solution focused support. We don't give up on clients we work around the problem. Changing behaviour and focus is not always easy but the right empowerment, consistency and solution focused support possibilities are endless. This improves wellbeing and gives the clients support they may never have had. There is always a way and with the behavioural qualifications of our skillset allow us to provide a different method of effective support. As well as PBS principles we are trained in meeting peoples physical, mental, and social care needs and deliver support related to NICE guidelines and appropriate documentation as well as standards of effective care. We have an inclusive approach. We welcome all cultures and diverse backgrounds including those who have been through traumatic experiences themselves and want to make a difference to someone else's future. We are all trained in up to level 6 in social care and related disciplines to help promote our niche in PBS support. All staff are aware of what their role is as well as responsibilities as well as safeguarding our clients and staff from harm. We admit when we do wrong and are self-reflective in how to put in right. With a solution focused support team this requires communication and a consistent approach. We cannot go wrong if we treat people with dignity and respect, meet their basis needs and beyond. The possibilities are endless it's just the journey in how you get there. It's not just as simple as going from a to b, with the right support it doesn't matter how you get to your goals if you get there. We have inclusivity at the heart of how we empower our clients.

Caring

We employ empathic people who are not focused on control but focused on learning and empowering. That is in terms of each other as staff as well as the people we support. We feel if we are not happy and supportive how can we be supportive to others? It really starts at home, and we are ruthless in our ability to self-reflect and be self-aware as care workers. With this at the root of our psyche we can empower those with understanding and compassion. With our (up to level 7 trained skilled) staff we have a in house wellbeing service that focuses on the client at the root of our success. We do this in an all-inclusive manner that promotes and thrives independence. Achieving goals regardless of the background, ability and journey helps provide clients with a different way to look and solve a problem. We believe it doesn't matter how you get there just that you get to where you want to be. We treat our clients like we would those closest to us and its rewarding when you see them thriving to their fullest potential.

Responsiveness

Our services meet the complex and simplistic needs of the people we support. We do this using a PBS approach and a therapeutic focused way. We use the motivators for people we support to give and develop the responsiveness of our service. We do this in a person-centred empowering model of support. We provide in house complaints procedures and relevant information to help improve the service we provide. We are all empathic individuals whose focus is seeing people achieve and thrive. That's our aim regardless of the background, conditions, and challenges. There is not a problem that can't be solved. This ethos applies to our responsiveness to our clients as well. We treat people with how we would like to be supported. We do this in a respectful and dignified way. We do this through encouraging motivating choices at the heart of what they do. We build people up to be the best versions of themselves.

Well-Led
To start with you will be matched to the client based on your skill set and personality. Then you will have a set contract agreed with the client. You will recieve at least L2,3 4 and 5 training opportunities to start your employment. We are a flexiable and all inclusive employer and accept people with disabilities as well as lived experience.
