Your Challenges - Will Include
The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify solutions and generate comprehensive proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Explore and manage/direct sales leads that have been qualified by Marketing team.
  • Create, update and close off opportunities on CRM based on the order status.
  • Proactively follow up solutions proposals on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate with the customer to successfully secure order(s)
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls that are related to Customer Solutions Team, providing sufficient technical and commercial support.
  • Ensure on time delivery targets for products.
  • Work within the predefined processes whilst striving to look for improvements in efficiency and suggest alternatives.
  • Partake in personal development through regular training sessions.
  • Develop a good working relationship within the Busch Group
  • Maintain visibility of open quote and order pipeline

Your Profile

  • Qualified with either an Engineering/Business Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Someone who is able to build and rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
