Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role involves comprehensive management of demonstration units:

  • Identifying demand and organizing the procurement of Alpha, Beta, and Market-Ready Units
  • Offering guidance on accessory orders
  • Processing returns of Alpha/Beta units for credit
  • Implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Product Change Notices (PCNs) to demo inventory, maintaining a detailed record of modifications
  • Overseeing daily operations of the demo system
  • Coordinating shipments and fitting accessories as required
  • Reconfiguring returned units and completing the return procedures
  • Managing the recycling process for outdated devices and accessories
  • Monitoring demo stock levels across various departments
  • Following up on outstanding demo units from clients
  • Preparing monthly reports on demo kits pending return
  • Gathering and disseminating customer feedback

Technical Responsibilities

  • Managing and escalating technical issues
  • Handling customer-facing technical inquiries
  • Documenting and logging all technical challenges in a centralized database, ensuring updates are current
  • Providing proactive support on products and projects to foresee and escalate potential issues to management and technical teams
  • During technical interactions, identifying key solution vendors essential for customers and relaying this information to the EMEA solutions team

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related environment
  • In-depth knowledge of PC architecture, including operating systems and BIOS

Required Skills

  • Self-driven individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team and across departments
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple issues and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Strong analytical abilities and data management skills
