The Role
This unit supports our linked Investment Proposition, where you will concentrate on driving the change agenda for our insured funds and solutions. This involves assessing the impact of changes, managing priorities, and resources.
You will be responsible for defining requirements and stakeholder management within change programs, reviewing and implementing alterations to current processes, and suggesting processes that align with our goals. Furthermore, you will offer technical support, guidance, and training to project participants.

Extensive expertise in investments and investment propositions within the UK pensions sector Strong project management and delivery capabilities, focusing on operational efficiency to fulfill various demands from internal and external parties Ability to work independently, effectively planning and managing tasks within tight deadlines Outstanding communication skills with a talent for influencing and managing stakeholders at different organizational levels Background in a highly regulated environment, demonstrating proficiency in identifying, managing, and monitoring potential risksWe Embrace Your Whole Self.
