Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate fund data for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our customers receive the most up-to-date information when accessing our marketing collateral.
  • Update monthly performance statistics and support the update of all collateral to maintain the highest level of accuracy and relevance.
  • Offer helpdesk support to our customers, providing timely and effective assistance with their queries.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis and a keen eye for detail. You should also have a working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel, and a broad understanding of investment matters and producing fund performance statistics.
