Duties:

  • Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the care home
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care
  • Assist with training new caregivers and providing ongoing education to the team Experience:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in senior care is required
  • Strong knowledge of senior care practices, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in IT systems used for managing resident records and scheduling
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards residents and their families
