The Shrewsbury Arms are currently seeking a Restaurant Team leader to support the General manager in the day to day running of the business.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to further their experience within the industry and to climb the ladder.

You must have a warm and friendly personality and great leadership skills.

We offer great rates of pay, a share of the weekly tips and an opportunity to progress within a family environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all day to day front of house tasks
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of service is provided at all times
  • Train and manage front of house team alongside the general manager
  • Help create staff rotas when required
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
