Fordingbridge Day Nursery are seeking a skilled and passionate Room Leader to join their dedicated team.

Fordingbridge Day Nursery, part of the Family First Nursery Group offers a happy and emotionally secure environment where children in our care can trust us to meet their emotional and physical needs, where they have the freedom to develop at their own pace, and know they will be valued for who they are.

The nursery had 4 children's rooms designed to suit their developmental needs from the ages of 3months – 5 years.

Each of the rooms has direct access to beautiful and large outdoor space to play and explore the natural world.

Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
