As the EC&I Manager, you will be in charge of leading the EC&I engineering strategy and ensuring it's regulatory and statutory compliance.

Managing the EC&I team, you will lead from the front and ensure the team is performing to the best of their capabilities, exceeding targets and contributing to company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train the EC&I team
  • Project management
  • Conduct performance reviews, track individual development plans, and provide regular feedback

Requirements:

  • HNC, HND or Degree level qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering
  • Knowledge and application of PLC and DCS systems (Rockwell or Siemens)
  • Understanding of COMAH, DSEAR, COMpEX, PUWER
  • Industry experience within - Oil and Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Industrial, FMCG
  • Management experience
