Restaurant Supervisor

• To proactively manage the daytoday restaurant and bar dining operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• To manage shifts whilst on duty.
• To ensure service standards are maintained.
• To empower team to be able to handle all positive and negative guest feedback and report to Restaurant Manager.
• To undertake to be responsible for cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant & bar
• To carry out quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional manner.
• To ensure company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within the department.
• To ensure the team are correctly uniformed, in line with company standards and understand the importance of personal hygiene.
• To ensure team are punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues always.
• To be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the establishment.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent product knowledge of food and drink.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Team Player.
• An excellent eye for detail.
• A selfstarter with a passion for excellence.
• A confident, friendly and personable manner.

• Experience leading a team.
