You are a self-motivated & reliable individual with your finger on the cultural pulse, an eye for detail and strong communication and project management skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Culture Marketing Manager and Country Marketing Teams on delivering their festival activations by assisting with general activation needs including, but not exclusively, sample orders, artist and partner liaison, briefing and asset sign off and onsite management.


THE GIG

  • Be integral to the EMEA Marketing project management of FY24 Festivals briefing and gaining sign off on tactical material, including Print, Copy, Social and Digital assets for activations
  • Work with Culture Marketing Manager on the implementation of the FY24 Festival Strategy by
  • Briefing & working closely with internal Dr. Martens Marketing, Ecomm, Social & Retail teams to ensure activity is communicated consistently through our Paid, Earned & Owned Digital channels.
  • Overseeing the delivery of all aspects of the festival plan from a 360 point of view from project kick off to wrap
  • Liaising with agencies and other key external stakeholders with regards to plans, partnerships & festivals, ensuring plans are signed off in a timely manner.
  • Artist and partner liaison
  • Product ordering, tracking and reporting.
  • Scheduling social content and liaising with Social teams and partners to deliver content in a timely and efficient manner
  • On site event management support
  • Daytoday support for EMEA Country marketing Teams with requests i.e. Product samples & Retail collateral.
  • Responsible for supporting PR Teams with Influencer and general Gifting across the EMEA region.
  • Supporting on asset supply and creation, briefing creative team, and ensuring assets are delivered on time for media, social media, ecom and the wider business.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in Events based marketing activity preferred.
  • Experience in Events based project management essential.
  • Finger on the pulse of contemporary Culture & music.
  • Organised and efficient with ability to see projects through effectively from end to end
  • Creative and rebellious thinker that challenges the status quo with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners and form relationships quickly.
  • Basic understanding of Retail Marketing, E-Commerce & social media.
  • Basic understanding of Advertising & PR.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Management of multiple Products within a brand portfolio
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Team player but also able to selfmanage
