We are currently seeking a motivated Creative Director to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Chief Creative Officer in formulating creative strategies aligned with brand objectives, providing insights, and supporting the team in creative interpretation
  • Crafting creative concepts and compelling copy for specific projects, pitches, and proposals, collaborating with others to refine their ideas and deliver complementary copy
  • Contributing to nurturing client relations by articulating opinions, adding value with suggestions, leading comprehensive content/creative discussions, and guiding workshops effectively
  • Mentoring and fostering the development of junior creatives by offering guidance, critiquing work, and providing valuable feedback

With a solid background in copywriting and a passion for inspiring others, we believe that candidates with the following qualifications would be a great fit for this role:

  • Substantial experience in creative writing/copywriting is a must
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare communications is crucial
  • Proficiency in developing concepts, creative ideas, and independent content creation across various communication mediums
  • Familiarity with InDesign/Creative Cloud (preferred but not required)
