Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Design Management and Construction teams to create highly detailed and accurate coordination and detail drawings using BIM modeling.
  • Support the BIM Manager and Information Manager in daytoday BIM modeling and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain and develop the federated cloudbased Revit model using ACC.
  • Demonstrate excellent timemanagement skills and meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate BIM standards development and ensure quality across related files and models.
  • Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support.
  • Develop BIM plans and understand subcontractor work scopes.
  • Manage complex design disciplines (architecture, structure, and M&E) while meeting project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot BIMrelated issues.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in the construction industry or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering.
  • Proficiency in creating coordination drawings that incorporate architecture, structural, and M&E elements.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Desirable knowledge of Navisworks.
