About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM/Revit Technician to join our MEP division in Cardiff. As part of our successful national MEP team, you will be responsible for producing 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engagement with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues.
  • Supporting the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team.

Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
