We're looking for a Global Payroll Administrator to join our team in London as part of our HR function.

Your Role:
Are you driven by data and love to get things right
- well we have the perfect job for you. As Global Payroll Administrator you will look after our international payrolls (US, Singapore, France and China). This is a new role reporting into our Reward and People Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities- Ensure payrolls for the US, Singapore, France and China are always delivered on time and with 100% accuracy- Work succinctly with our external providers to deliver all required tasks- Process the payroll/contractor data in an organised and structured manner- Prepare payroll reports and provide bi-monthly & monthly payroll data in journal format to finance for processing- Deal with payroll queries and resolve or escalate as required.

Providing great customer service to our employees- Constantly seek out ways to improve systems and processes to ensure a seamless flow between HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance.

- Raise POs and ensure that invoices are processed promptly- Support the preparation of annual reports and returns as required, as well as any internal or external audit requirements- Support other parts of the wider HR team as required- Be an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion

Your Experience- Ideally experience in Payroll an/or HR administration- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills- Strong at planning and being deadline orientated- Have an understanding of or be willing to learn local tax and employment obligations for each location- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to problem solve and look for process improvements- Ability to work with a range of software programmes- Team player and willing to work with others to achieve goals- Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial
