Simon Acres Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join a leading bathroom supplier based in Manchester.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
Salary:
Paying up to £80,000
The Role:
- Managing sales and growth targets across the company
- Strategizing and planning to build trade links up and down the country
- Developing relationships, identifying and reporting on business opportunities within the trade market
- Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
- Reporting into the Director on a weekly basis, drawing down reports and analysing sales performance and growth across the company
- Producing quarterly action plans to improve sales and growth within the company against set targets
- Managing and building a strong structure within the company
- Ensuring continuity throughout the business
- Understanding trends and infiltrating the trade market, further developing links with end users
- Drawing down reports, from all sales departments (online and offline sales)
- Demonstratable experience as head of sales within the KBB industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experienced in managing the overall sales performance across departments
- Strong trade background and a good understanding of the market
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
