Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

Salary:
Paying up to £80,000

The Role:

  • Managing sales and growth targets across the company
  • Strategizing and planning to build trade links up and down the country
  • Developing relationships, identifying and reporting on business opportunities within the trade market
  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Reporting into the Director on a weekly basis, drawing down reports and analysing sales performance and growth across the company
  • Producing quarterly action plans to improve sales and growth within the company against set targets
  • Managing and building a strong structure within the company
  • Ensuring continuity throughout the business
  • Understanding trends and infiltrating the trade market, further developing links with end users
  • Drawing down reports, from all sales departments (online and offline sales)
  • Demonstratable experience as head of sales within the KBB industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experienced in managing the overall sales performance across departments
  • Strong trade background and a good understanding of the market
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
